Terms of Service
Effective October 27, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and SIDUS INC, doing business as Reppl (“Reppl”), 19150 Ne Woodinville Duval Rd Suite A1 #212, Woodinville, WA 98077, United States, when you use the Reppl app or reppl.one. They come down to one idea: Reppl is for sharing who you are with the people you actually meet.
The short version
- Be yourself: one person, one account, your own name.
- A relationship on Reppl exists only when both people choose it.
- What you put into Reppl stays yours.
- Don’t use Reppl to collect people, pester them or sell access to them.
Who can use Reppl
You must be at least 16, and old enough to use Reppl where you live, and you need an account you own with one of the sign-in providers Reppl offers. Keep your sign-in account secure: what happens under your Reppl account is your responsibility.
Your Card and what you share
You own your Card, your Moments, your messages and everything else you put into Reppl. You give Reppl permission to store them, to show them to the people you choose as the Privacy Policy describes, and to make the copies that requires, such as a smaller version of a photo. If you delete your account, your Card and what only you could see are deleted; what you sent to others, such as messages, stays with them, shown as from a deleted account, as the Privacy Policy describes.
A Card link is meant to be shared: anyone you give it to can see your public Card and pass it on. Turn the link off whenever you want to stop new people from seeing it.
Relationships are mutual
An exchange completes only when you both take part: one of you shows their code and the other gives their Card, or one asks through a link and the other confirms. An introduction connects two people only when both accept it. Either of you can remove or block the other at any time.
What you agree not to do
- Pretend to be someone else, or make a Card for a person who didn’t ask for one.
- Collect Cards or details in bulk, scrape Reppl, or use it to build lists of leads, candidates or prospects.
- Send exchange requests, introductions or messages to pester, harass or spam anyone.
- Sell introductions, or access to the people you know, through Reppl.
- Post anything unlawful, threatening or hateful, or anything you don’t have the right to share.
- Get around a block, probe or break Reppl’s security, or overload the service.
Reports and enforcement
You can report a person or anything they send you. Reppl may remove content, or suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where it can.
Paid features
There is nothing to buy in Reppl today, and the Card designs it offers are free; some are shown locked, for a later version. If Reppl sells anything later, it will be bought through the App Store or Google Play under their payment terms, and these terms will say what a purchase gives before anything is sold.
The service
Reppl is new and will change. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may be interrupted.
Reppl is provided “as is” and “as available”. It is not promised to be always available or free of errors, and, as far as the law allows, Reppl gives no warranties beyond those in these terms. This does not take back anything these terms or the Privacy Policy promise, such as what Reppl keeps, who can see it and when it is deleted.
Limits on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reppl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and Reppl’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed US$100. Neither limit applies to fraud, to willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
Ending
You can stop using Reppl at any time, and delete your account in the App; until that is in the App, write to support@reppl.one and Reppl will do it for you. Reppl may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. What these terms say you agreed not to do, the limits on Reppl’s liability and the law that applies still hold after an account ends.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any dispute about them or about Reppl is resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and Reppl agree to those courts’ jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections, or of any right to bring proceedings in a court where applicable law does not permit that right to be waived.
Examples on this website
The people and Cards reppl.one shows as examples, such as Leo Grant’s, are made up.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will appear here with its date, and you will be told in the App before a significant change takes effect. Using Reppl after it takes effect means you accept the new terms.
