Delete your account

You can delete your Reppl account at any time. This page says how, and what happens when you do.

How to ask

Deleting your account from Settings in the App is on its way. Until it is there, or if you don’t have the App, write to support@reppl.one from the email address of your Reppl account and say you want it deleted. If you can’t write from that address, tell us which sign-in you use (LinkedIn, Google, X or Apple) and we will find a way to confirm the account is yours.

Reppl deletes the account within 30 days of your request and writes back when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your Card, its photo and links, your account email, your sign-ins and your private notes.
• Your Card stops opening anywhere, and you leave everyone’s People.
• Your Moments, and your likes on other people’s.

What stays with other people

What you shared with others is not rewritten for them. Messages you sent stay in their conversations, your replies stay on their Moments, and introductions you were part of stay as they happened, all shown as from a Deleted account.

How long it takes

Your account is removed from Reppl’s live database and file storage within 30 days, and from every backup within 90 days. The Privacy Policy says what Reppl keeps and for how long.
